Founder
Dane M. Wolf completed his PhD at Boston University and the University of California, Los Angeles, where he used super-resolution microscopy to investigate the structure–function relationship of mitochondrial cristae in living cells. As an EMBO Long-Term Fellow at the University of Cambridge, he applied advanced imaging technologies to study the dynamics of the mitochondrial genome.
He specializes in mitochondrial biology, with deep expertise in both microscopy and quantitative image analysis. He founded MitoGraphica to provide expert consultation and image analysis services to researchers and organizations seeking to quantify mitochondrial structure and function.
